United Bank of India released IBPS clerk-II joining schedule

Have you selected for UBI clerk post and waiting for joining schedule? United Bank of India, head office in Kolkata, has announced the list of selected candidates and their joing schedule for the post of clerk through IBPS clerk-II recruitment 2012. The list of provisional allotted candidates has been made on the basis of the performance in IBPS clerk-II combined score (CWE + interview).

The pre-employment formalities including medical test will be held on 05.06.2013 at 10.30 A.M. Candidates are required to bring the following documents for joining formalities-

4 copies of recent passport size photo.
Original certificates of age prrof, qualifications, caste certificate etc. for verification along with one set of attested copy of these documents.
SC/ST/OBC/PWD certificates must be as per IBPS proforma.
Biodata, HRMS data sheet, proforma of new pension scheme provided by the bank.

1. Numerical Aptitude :

This part was not so tough, but lengthy questions. Questions were asked from these sections - simple interest, time & distance, profit & loss, pie chart, boat & stream, simplification, series, time & work, approximate values etc.

2. Reasoning/GI :

This part is also lengthy and time consuming like the aptitude part. Questions came from these sections - seating arrangement problem, decision making, syllogism, statement & conclusion, data sufficiency, puzzle test, coding & decoding etc.

3. English :

The english part was easy. The questions are aksed from these portions - passage, one word substitution, idioms/phrases, error corrections, rearrangement, cloze test etc.

4. Computer Awareness :

The computer knowledge section in LIC AAO exam 2013 was the easiest part. Questions came from these sections - RAM, CD ROM, URL, ALU, CPU, which is not input device, question on booting, octane number etc.

5. General Awareness :

The GK part was bit easy. The general awareness questions asked in LIC AAO 2013 exam are given below-

Mumbai Stock Exchange Index.

4-5 questions on insurance.

UCO Bank announced IBPS clerk-II joining schedule

Have you got allotment in UCO Bank through IBPS clerk-II recruitment 2013? UCO Bank has declared the joining schedule of the successful candidates selected through IBPS clerk-II recruitment exam 2013. The candidates have been selected through IBPS clerk-II exam held in December 2012 and common interview.

SSC CGL Tier-II 2013 exam dates have been changed

Want to know new dates of SSC CGL Tier-II exam 2013? Staff Selection Commission has changed the exam dates for Combined Graduate Level Tier-II exam 2013. The Tier-II exam was previously scheduled on 20.07.2013 and 21.07.2013. But the now the Tier-II exam has been re-scheduled as the SSC CGL Tier-I exam of 14.04.2013 was postponed to 28.04.2013 and further postponed to 19.05.2013. The SSC CGL Tier-I exam on 21.04.2013 was held without any problem.

The new dates of SSC CGL Tier-II exam 2013 is given below-

Exam date of Paper I & II - 01.09.2013
Exam date of Paper III - 30.08.2013

IBPS Clerk-II final allotment completed- Cutoff marks released

Waiting for IBPS clerk-II final result? Good News for all IBPS clerk-II qualofied candidates! IBPS has declared the final result for IBPS clerk-II recruitment and the final allotment process has been completed. This allotment has been done based on the merit in both IBPS clerk-II CWE 2012 and common interview. The IBPS Clerk-II online exam was held in December 2012 and the common interview was started from 16th March, 2013. The IBPS clerk-II combined result was published in April, 2013. There were around 39637 clerk vacancies available in 19 public sector banks.

The written exam of SBI PO 2013 exam had been pre-scheduled on 28th April, 2013. The written exam was conducted in two session - morning shift and afternoon shift. There were four parts in the questions - 1) English language, 2) Generak Awareness, Computer & Marketing 3) Reasoning and 4) Data Analysis & Interpretation followed by a descriptive section. Many people said that the questions level was easier than that of previous year's SBI PO exam. The reasoning part was average but too time consuming. The descriptive part was average. The expected cutoff marks for SBI PO 2013 exam will be around 120-125 for General category whereas SBI PO last year's cutoff marks was 110 (Gen).
