IBPS clerk-III recruitment eligibility criteria details
Age Limit: The age limit is between 20-28 years as on 01.08.2013.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be a graduate from a recognized University. Computer working and operating knowledge is mandatory. Local language proficiency is preferable i.e language of that state/UT, for which a applicant wants to apply.
Syllabus, Exam Pattern, Selection Procedure for IBPS clerk-III recruitment exam 2013
Mode of Selection: There will be a online test followed by a common interview. Merit list will be made on the basis of the performances in both online exam and common interview.
Syllabus, Pattern of Exam for IBPS clerk-III online test: The online exam will consist of 200 marks. The detailed exam pattern is as follows-
- English Language- 40 marks
- Reasoning- 40 marks
- Numerical Ability- 40 marks
- General Awareness (with special reference to Banking Industry)- 40 marks
- Computer Knowledge- 40 marks.
Total time duration- 120 minutes or 2 hrs.
Negative Marks: For each wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
How to calculate the IBPS clerk-III combined score: The combined score in IBPS clerk-III exam will be calculated out of 100 marks (80 % for online test and 20% for interview).
Cutoff Marks for IBPS clerk-III recruitment: All candidates must have to obtain minimum qualifying marks in individual section and total weighted standard scores.
Common Interview: After qualifying in online test, successful candidates will be called for a common interview of 100 marks. Candidates are required to get minimum 40% marks (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXSM candidates) in common interview.

Application Fees: Rs. 100 for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates and Rs. 600 for all other candidates. The application fees can be submitted through offline or online payment mode. To remit fees through offline mode, candidates are required to download the payment challan from the IBPS website.
